Live Classes (Zoom)

Absolutely! You can use the Zoom chat or raise your hand to ask questions. Our instructors encourage interaction and are happy to help.

Yes, you can join from any mobile device using the Zoom mobile app. Make sure your internet connection is stable for video and audio clarity.

Yes, we recommend installing the Zoom desktop or mobile app for the best experience. You can download it from zoom.us/download. Make sure to install it at least 10 minutes before class starts.

You will receive a Zoom link via email before each class.We can also give you zoom meeting link on whatsapp group

No, it’s optional. You can keep your mic and camera off unless asked to speak. However, using a mic can be helpful during Q&A or interactive sessions

Don’t worry! Recordings of all live sessions are uploaded within 24 hours to your KloudOps course dashboard. You can watch them anytime.

First, check if you’re logged into your KloudOps account and enrolled in the course. Try refreshing the page or copying the link into your browser. If the problem continues, contact support at info.kloudops@gmail.com or through the live chat.

You’ll find the full class schedule in your whatsapp group. You’ll also receive reminders via email and WhatsApp before each session.
